Prices & VAT

All prices are quoted net of VAT and may be subject to alteration at any time and without prior notification. Prices are correct at time of publishing, errors and omissions excepted. Please note that we will always endeavour to maintain up-to-date prices on our website.

Delivery and Stock

We aim to keep most items in stock but please note that, where stock is not available, there may be a delay in fulfilling part or all of your order. Under normal circumstances we aim to deliver all orders from our Standard tray range within 7 working days.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

No goods are sold on a “Sale or Return” basis. Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery and any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods for any credit to be given.  If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please ensure that the goods are signed for as “goods unchecked” from the carrier. Without this, we will be unable to make a claim from the carrier for damages. If goods are ordered incorrectly and where we are able to accept them back, there will be a handling charge linked to the size of the consignment. In no circumstances will we accept goods back if they have been opened or returned to us in poor condition or if they were brought into stock especially for you.

Payment

Payment can be made by all leading credit cards. We can also accept cheque payment by prior agreement. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Dates

We do not send out order confirmations with anticipated delivery dates.  If your order is urgent we ask that you call us to discuss your needs.

Storage of personal information (data protection)

If you purchase products from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We do not share this information with any other company or agency.
